The 3rd Edition of Cosmetinnov and VII SPCC Congress, promoted by the Portuguese Society of Cosmetic Sciences (SPCC), under the theme “THE NEXT GENERATION OF BEAUTY”, was held on the 10th and 11th of July 2024, at the Lisbon Congress Center (Lisbon Congress Center – CCB).PhD Trials® was present at this event as an exhibitor and main sponsor, where it had the opportunity to show “what’s new” in our testing protocols and methods, confirming that we are one of the most innovative testing CRO’s.Highlight for professor Pedro Contreiras Pinto (PhD Trials® CEO, General and Scientific Director), with the presentation – Raman Spectroscopy – new applications in the in vivo evaluation of the skin. – within the TechFocus Program.

It is with joy and pride that we congratulate the research work, carried out by PhD student Sara Bom (Imed, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Lisbon) and with the collaboration of PhD Trials, winner of the Best Poster Presentation Award at Cosmetinnov 2024 – VII Congress of the Portuguese Society of Cosmetological Sciences.

Under the theme – EXPLORING A BIOMETRIC-BASED DIGITALIZATION APPROACH TO PERSONALIZE A 3D-PRINTED SKINCARE PATCH – this work was, among many works presented at this Congress, the one that stood out the most.
